The file is suitable to install on S60 v9.2 and v9.3, in which there is no graphic hardware accelerator built-in. This file actually accelerates the components of the graphics (videos, games, etc.), as well as the cache memory (up to 4 MB) for faster start up and application performance.
Package speed.sis accelerates smartphone, on the other hand the package standart.sis returns it to the default setting.
CAUTION After installation, you must to restart your Smartphone.

it is actually a .txt inside the sis package, to be saved in private\10202be9 folder
just copy .txt to C:\private\10202be9\
and restart to take effect..
